Hey everyone! My name is Alex Verkamp and I go to Indiana University Bloomington. I am pursuing a Marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business and hope to double major in either Graphic Design or Visual Communications. Hanging out with friends, crafting, and attending concerts and festivals are some of my favorite things to do in my free time. Ariel Kao is a junior at the University of Virginia studying Cognitive Science. She is very passionate about business and entrepreneurship, and plans to go into the marketing field. A proud member of the business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi, she started an organization called Virginia Consulting Group with two brothers of AKPsi. VCG allows to students to gain consulting experience by working with startups and growing companies. Ariel is also a Senior Producer for HackCville Media, a Marketing Strategist and Design Associate for Radical Advertising and Promotions, LLC, and Promotions Officer for Entrepreneurship Group at UVA. Aside from business organizations, she is Co-Editor-In-Chief of Inkstone Literary Magazine and Secretary of Green Grounds. Ariel’s interests include music, fashion, and above all, photography. She pursues portrait photography in her free time and has also shot events and editorial pieces for various organizations.
Hi! I am a senior double majoring in Design and Communication. I want to combine graphic design with marketing and PR in the future. Hopefully, I will work in the entertainment industry and afterwards, I would want to open my own design studio. I am obsessed with pop culture and social media, especially Instagram. I also love to just relax and watch movies or catch up on TV shows after a long day. Traveling is something that I really enjoy I love going out and exploring new places and also eating lots of good food.
Bells is a junior at the University of Southern California studying Economics and Marketing. In her free time she enjoys trying new restaurants and writing Yelp reviews, bouldering, and eating chips and salsa. Part-time gym rat and full-time thrill seeker, Bells has always had a passion for discovering new things—be it food, music, ideas, or hobbies. I am a sophomore at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Go Blue! I am considering majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. I love finance and traveling around the world. This past summer I interned at a youth hostel, as well as lending service to small businesses. I am an ambitious and a goal-oriented individual. Hey, I’m Colin Mosher. I am a senior majoring in Mathematical Decision Sciences at UNC with an undeclared Computer Science minor. I have lived in Roanoke Rapids, NC my whole life, but I can usually be found traveling all over North Carolina and along the East Coast—I’m a big fan of the beach and the cities. My long term goal is to be a high ranking expert in the field of Data Analytics. Working with programming, data, and statistics every day is my hobby and my dream job. In my free time, I love playing and watching soccer and basketball with friends, talking about cars, learning new skills, meeting new people, and playing video games.
Dasom is a Junior at the University of Washington pursuing a double degree in Biochemistry and Computer Science and Engineering. She is working towards the goal of becoming a pediatrician as a pre-medical student but is keeping her future career options open. Born and raised in Washington, Dasom loves Seattle and even the rainy and unpredictable Washington weather. I am a third year English major at UCSB from Los Gatos, California. I love being active and I try to make the most of living one block away from the beach as much as I can. You will find me playing sports in the majority of my free time, whether it is beach volleyball, basketball, surfing or soccer. I am always up for new adventures and hope to travel to all seven continents during my lifetime. I am also involved with Cru, a Christian club on campus and I lead a Bible Study for freshmen. My hope is to go into either business or sports journalism after college and I am also currently a sports writer for the Daily Nexus on campus.
My name is Eric Berger and I’m a current fourth year Physics Major at Georgia Tech. During the school year, I do research with the Georgia Tech Soft-Condensed Matter Laboratory, and I plan on publishing a senior thesis in the next handful of months. When not busy studying or working in the lab, I enjoy hiking, cycling, backpacking, and camping. I’m also a big fitness junkie and try to exercise regularly as a form of stress relief. A big goal of mine is to set foot on every continent and experience as many distinct cultures as possible. Working towards my goal, I recently finished an internship in Thailand where I worked on quality control for a noodle-production factory.
Eric Brunts is a junior at the University of Southern California studying Industrial and Systems Engineering. As a Denver native he is an avid skier and loves the outdoors. He is also a huge sports fan with his favorite teams being the St. Louis Cardinals and the Denver Broncos. He hopes that his engineering background coupled with diverse work experience will allow him to go into consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology, upon graduation.
My name is Ever Castro. I am from a small town in North Carolina named Asheboro whose only draw is the state zoo. I am a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am double majoring in Communication Studies and Political Science. English is my second language so I am fluent in that and Spanish with some basic knowledge of French. After graduation, I hope to enjoy a career in political campaigns or political media. I am a film buff and a sports fanatic (Go Heels!). I also like almost any kind of music and my favorite artist is Kanye West.
My name is Hannah Louise Hughes, and I am from Garner, North Carolina. I am 21 years old and I am a senior at Florida State University. I am currently majoring in Social Science Education with a Minor in History. When I am not in school, I live with my parents, 2 younger sisters and a West Highland Terrier named Winston. I am also an active member of the Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Florida State, and this is my fourth year as an active member. I recently studied abroad in London, England for the spring semester of 2014. I was extremely lucky to be able to travel to many different countries during my time in London, and I took classes ranging from Public Speaking, to Theater, and History. After graduation I plan on returning to London to work temporarily for FSU and to travel the world.
I am a freshman at Loyola Marymount University, studying to be a Marketing major. I was a part of my Student Council in high school and an 8th grade small group leader at Inland Hills Church. I ran Track and Field for all four years of high school and continue to run on my own. My passion is photography and have been working as an assistant photographer for two years. I love trying new things and traveling to other countries, such as, Norway, France, Holland and Germany. Most importantly, I love making other people smile, so helping others is what I strive to do most.
I’m currently a senior at Indiana University majoring Art History and minoring in Business and Communications. I grew up in Westchester, New York and have lived there my entire life. Music is one of my main passions and love writing about music and the scene on my music blog. Also, festivals and concerts are definitely something that is a part of my life. My favorite festival that I have attended is Ultra Music Festival in Miami, FL, and this year, I will be going to TomorrowWorld in Atlanta, GA. My favorite musical act right now is Knife Party, but my musical tastes are fairly wide-ranged. I also love to ski and play soccer. Jennifer is a junior at the University of Washington studying Biology and Psychology, with the plan of becoming a clinical pharmacist. As a child, she has lived all over the U.S. from places all the way east in Maryland to where she resides now in Washington. Because of that, Jennifer enjoys traveling. Hey, my name is Taylor Gomez and I’m at senior at Cal, majoring in Rhetoric. I grew up in California’s beautiful capital Sacramento, where I was fortunate enough to attend the Natomas Character Performing and Fine Arts Academy. During my time there I focused mainly on singing and the visual arts. One of the greatest experiences I have had at Berkeley was getting involved with the Sigma Chi Fraternity, of which I am a member. Additionally, I have been a part of the Sage mentoring program and have been involved as a student senior staff during ASUC elections. When I have free time, I love to watch stand-up comedy and explore San Francisco. After college my plan is to stay in the Bay Area and find a job in marketing. Looking forward to this year. Go Bears!
A sophomore at Emerson College studying film, Wesley has already worked on student films, shows for The Emerson Channel, and student publications, rising to become the Movies Assistant Editor for one of the school’s top entertainment publications, Emertainment Monthly. He has also written for other student publications such as WEBN and Reel Reactions, and also works for the pop culture website Geek Binge. Before college he was the editor in chief of his high school newspaper, which kicked off his passion for writing about film. Despite all that he’s still involved with film making, and aspires to work in the film industry after college. He was born in San Francisco and now attends college in Boston.
Hello! My name is Yujin Cho and I'm a fourth year computer science/media studies double major at the University of Virginia. Although I'm originally from New England, I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 9 years. When I'm not busy with school work I'm probably working on things for the university's Japan Club, my sorority, Sigma Psi Zeta, or the various other organizations I am a part of. I enjoy reading and writing for leisure and being active within the UVA community. While in the future I'd love to work in advertising or marketing in the field of technology, I am also interested in teaching English abroad in either South Korea or Japan.
I am a senior at the University of California, Berkeley with a double major in Anthropology and Film Studies. I’m originally from Los Angeles, and have been blessed to have always lived in the lovely state of California. I enjoy swimming and running for exercise, and have been known to run half marathons. I enjoy traveling and have spent a good amount of time in South America, but would like to expand that to the eastern hemisphere. I also enjoy reading and watching television. I’m currently reading the Song of Ice and Fire series based on one of my favorite television shows. Once I graduate I plan to get a job in the film industry and if that proves to be unsuccessful I will go back to graduate school.

Raven was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and loves all things Dallas Mavericks & Cowboys related. As a freshman at Stanford University, Negin is a prospective BioEngineering major. I plan on attending Medical School after graduating from here and pursuing a career as a Neurosurgeon. I was born in Chicago, Illinois but was raised in Greenville, South Carolina. I love being outdoors and playing basketball with friends. Also in my free time I enjoy reading books and mixing music.
Samantha is a senior who's interests include marketing, promotions, social media, and entrepreneurship. She is also a member of both The American Marketing Association and The Entrepreneurship Club. Her interests include traveling, networking, outdoors activities, sci-fi/fantasy movies and video games.
Sofia is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Business. She hopes to one day work in the field of Marketing Communications. Marketing has been her interest ever since she took her first business marketing class while studying abroad in Finland. As a San Jose resident, going to Sharks games is one of her favorite things to do.
Keaton is a Food Industry Management major, actively involved with the Food Marketing Association. He and his brothers were trained in the family-owned business (a pet supplies company, located in Rhinelander, WI) from an early age, which would eventually assist them in managing their own cow/calf beef herd in Montana. He has also produced and sold Maple syrup, wholesale. Growing up in the business world has shaped and driven Keaton to succeed in any venture.
Claire is a freshman majoring in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She aspires to be a trainer for a professional sports team. Claire is from Ronan, Montana and grew up on a ranch raising cattle. She is really excited to see what life has I store for her.
Kourtney is currently enrolled as a sophomore. She attended Butte County High School in Arco, ID and graduated in 2012 with a 4.0 GPA. Activity interests include basketball, volleyball, dance, and student council. Kourtney also enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the movies, and working out at the gym. Plans for the future include becoming an Emergency or Flight Nurse, as well as traveling abroad.

Corey is a sophomore majoring in Human Development with a Business minor. He is involved with psychology research in the Personality, Attachment, and Control Lab and is a laboratory assistant at the Cornell Entomology Lab working with bees. Besides psychology and business, Corey's other interests include technology and math. In his free time, Corey likes to read, travel, and spend time with his friends and family.
Cima is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in addition to being an active member of the Marketing Association at San Francisco State. Her dream is to one day become a Brand Manager for a national brand or to perhaps work in public relations. She loves live music, eating organic and is planning a post college road trip from California to Washington, DC. Her other interests include running, hiking, and socializing with friends.
Rebecca is studying Advertising with a minor in Business and Psychology. Hailing from Ringgold, Georgia, her goals are to one day move to New York City and become the Creative Director for a major Advertising agency. She is extremely outgoing, loves meeting new people, enjoys doing promotional work and event planning. Rebecca is also a Disney fanatic and a cat lover.
Michelle is studying Bioengineering. She is an outgoing, enthusiastic and hard-working girl who likes making friends from various backgrounds and sharing interesting ideas with others. She enjoys traveling, archery, snorkeling and skiing as well as trying out new things. Her goal is to bring happiness to people around the world.
Seunghyun was born in Seoul, South Korea. After high school, he worked in in his father's company and developed an interest in studying business. He also served two years in the South Korean Army. He is currently a Business student, where is he is president of Korean Students Association and also teaches Korean as language partner at DU.
Craig is a sophomore studying Building Construction Management (he is glad to be part of such a great program) with a minor in Computer Graphics Technology. Campus activities include: member of Beta Theta Pi and Sigma Alpha Lambda honors fraternities, as well as Undecided Studies Student Ambassador, National Association of Home Builders and the National Electrical Contractors Association My goal in life is to do what I love no matter the cost, and so far I've held true to that.
Leah is a freshman studying marketing and international business. She is a die-hard water polo fanatic, and is also involved in Alpha Kappa Psi (a professional business fraternity). She also plays bass guitar in a jazz ensemble on campus, and this past December she enjoyed a trip to Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Leah is excited to work with FirstJob and learn all about marketing along the way!
Felecia attends her courses and also works as a house manager at Solutions Recovery, where she is helping people recover from drug and alcohol abuse. Her aspirations include either teaching Sociology to high school students, or becoming a Psychological negotiator for the Nevada SWAT team, or starting a non-profit organization that helps guide people to re-stabilizing their lives. She hopes eventually to go for a doctorate in either Psychology or Sociology.
Madison is a senior studying Communications with a focus on Public Affairs. As a soon-to-be-graduate, she looks forward to gaining real-world experience in marketing via social media. Madison aspires to a career in branding, mass media, and public relations.
Colette is a senior studying Telecommunications and Spanish. She hopes to move to California after graduation working in the media/entertainment industry. She has also studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At Indiana University, Colette is involved in IU Student Television as a reporter and anchor, IU Student Foundation Marketing, IU Tour Guides, and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority where she helps the national leader in Greek philanthropy. Lauren is a senior majoring in Public Relations. She describes herself as a driven, outgoing, creative, team-oriented young woman with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Lauren was born and raised in the Bay Area, Calif. where she plans to move after graduating and hopefully start a career in event planning. She loves both the outdoors and the fast-paced, contagious environment that a city offers. Last summer, she caught the travel bug after touring throughout Europe and North Africa.

She has been on the Dean's list multiple times during her time in college and has a passion for the marketing field. Her ultimate career goal is to be involved in event management and entertainment marketing. She is currently involved in various clubs such as Spirits in Action and The United Nations Children's Fund at the University of Southern California. Her leisure time is spent keeping active in activities such as snowboarding and dancing.

Evan is passionate about a variety of things including music, film and swimming and hopes to work in San Francisco after graduating, was an Olympic qualified swimmer and his motto is, Live life in the pursuit of happiness.
Raven-Symone is a junior majoring in Mass Media Arts with a concentration in film. In high school she attended Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet where she continued as a flute player in the band for nine years, she also received the Leader of the Year award. She is currently an Orientation Guide, United Parcel Service (UPS) Scholar Scholarship Recipient as well as member of the Junior Class Council. She has had various internships including Athletics Department Sports Information Director Intern at CAU, Federal Buildings EEOC Department, and ExxonMobil Green Team.
Jacy is a freshman where she is working towards a degree in Food Science with an emphasis on business. Her dream job is to work in product development, (for a confectionery or ice cream company) inventing crazy and delicious ice cream flavors because she loves sweets! She learned the essentials of cooking from her mother, and loves to create and experiment with new foods. Other activities include staying busy with student organizations, staying active with athletics and socializing. Jacy is optimistic and excited to see what the future will bring.
Taylor Van Laar
Taylor is currently in his 2nd Year double majoring in Physics and Mathematical Sciences. He is a hardworking individual who always pushes himself to his limit. Along with being a busy student, Taylor is actively involved in his fraternity, Sigma Pi. He is currently the chapter's Philanthropy Chairman, and has a strong passion for both helping others and seeing them succeed.
